Ses Tres Cases

Location: Campos

Area: 998 m2

Type: Agritourism

Located in the heart of the rural landscape of Campos, this project is born from the desire to recover an existing agricultural estate and reinterpret it as a contemporary agrotourism while preserving the memory of the place and the character of its traditional architecture. The intervention is based on the careful rehabilitation of the existing buildings, maintaining their identity and original relationship with the landscape, while adapting them to a new way of living focused on comfort, serenity and a close connection with the Mediterranean surroundings.

The proposal is based on the principles of low density and spatial quality. The former agricultural buildings are transformed into peaceful retreats where privacy, generous spaces and natural light become the main elements. The communal areas are conceived as places for gathering and slowing down: spaces for reading, contemplation, conversation and enjoying the unique rhythm of the estate. The architecture creates a balanced dialogue between tradition and contemporary living, proving that the most valuable interventions are not always about adding, but about revealing the potential of what already exists.

The material approach reinforces the continuity with Mallorca’s vernacular architecture through a timeless palette of stone, lime, wood and natural tones. These materials establish an authentic relationship with the existing structures and allow the architecture to age gracefully over time. The landscape becomes an essential part of the project: Mediterranean and native vegetation recover the agricultural character of the estate, dissolving the boundaries between architecture and nature and creating an experience deeply connected to the territory.
