In the heart of Mallorca’s rural landscape, surrounded by centuries-old carob trees and gentle rolling hills, Sa Calma is a detached single-family house designed to integrate sensitively into the natural surroundings of Cas Concos, respecting the island’s traditional architecture while offering all contemporary comforts.

The house is arranged in a U-shape through three adjoining rectangular volumes, organised around a central courtyard that acts as a connecting core between interior and exterior spaces. This layout promotes a functional and well-balanced distribution, clearly separating day and night areas, while framing the rural landscape and allowing the house to be lived outward throughout the year.
